Terms of Use

Effective July 10, 2026

1. Website purpose

Mesa Door and Trim is a project intake and information website. It may share qualifying project requests with independent local service providers. The website itself does not promise to perform door, trim, carpentry, delivery, or installation work.

2. No appointment or service guarantee

Submitting a form does not book an appointment, reserve a time, guarantee availability, create a service contract, or guarantee that any provider will contact you. Timing selections are only preferences for possible follow up.

3. Independent providers

A provider who contacts you is independent from Mesa Door and Trim and is solely responsible for its licensing, insurance, qualifications, estimate, pricing, materials, schedule, contract, permits, warranties, safety, and work. You are responsible for evaluating a provider before hiring it.

4. Catalog and project information

Product, image, sizing, stock, price, delivery, and project information is provided for general planning and may change or contain errors. Confirm all material details and terms directly with the relevant seller or provider before ordering, paying, or scheduling work.

5. Provider sharing and compensation

By submitting a project request with provider sharing consent, you authorize Mesa Door and Trim to share that request with potential independent providers. Mesa Door and Trim may receive compensation related to a lead or provider connection.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, automated, or harmful content; attempt to bypass security; interfere with the site; or use another person's information without permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The website and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mesa Door and Trim does not provide a workmanship warranty and is not responsible for an independent provider's acts, omissions, communications, estimates, contracts, or work.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the website and request process change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
