Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

1. Information collected

Project forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, project type, timing preference, material or delivery preferences, measurements, selected catalog items, and notes. Please do not submit information that is not needed to evaluate the project request.

The website may also collect IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referrer, session or anonymous identifiers, campaign parameters, clicks, form activity, and related usage events.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, review project fit, respond to requests, measure website performance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the request process.

3. Independent provider referrals

When you submit a project request and consent to provider sharing, Mesa Door and Trim may share the request with one or more independent local service providers who may contact you. Mesa Door and Trim may receive compensation related to a lead or provider connection. Submission does not guarantee that a provider will respond or accept the project.

4. Service providers and technologies

Information may be processed by hosting and security providers, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Ahrefs analytics, Tracker Lite, Google reCAPTCHA, internal lead storage, and internal Discord notifications. Outside image hosts may receive ordinary web request data such as IP address, browser details, and referrer when their media loads.

5. Other disclosures

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the website, investigate misuse, enforce terms, or support a business transfer. We do not promise that an independent provider's privacy practices are the same as ours.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for request handling, records, analytics, security, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Raw analytics retention may be limited while lead records may be retained longer. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system is completely secure.

7. Choices and questions

You can avoid project data collection by not submitting a form and can use browser controls for cookies or storage. For a privacy question concerning an earlier request, use the contact form, identify the request, and write “Privacy request—do not share” in the notes.
