1. Information collected

Estimate forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, project type, timing preference, material or delivery preferences, measurements, selected catalog items, and notes. Please do not submit information that is not needed to review the project.

The website may also collect IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referrer, session or anonymous identifiers, campaign parameters, clicks, form activity, and related usage events.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, review project details, respond to estimate requests, discuss scope and timing, measure website performance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.

3. Estimate and service follow up

When you submit an estimate request, the information may be reviewed by Mesa Door and Trim and by people or service vendors involved in handling the request. We use the information to contact you about scope, pricing, materials, scheduling, and project next steps. Submitting a form does not guarantee a price, start date, or completed project.

4. Service vendors and technologies

Information may be processed by hosting and security providers, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Ahrefs analytics, Tracker Lite, Google reCAPTCHA, internal lead storage, and internal Discord notifications. Outside image hosts may receive ordinary web request data such as IP address, browser details, and referrer when their media loads.

5. Other disclosures

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the website, investigate misuse, enforce terms, support a business transfer, or handle a requested project. A separate business involved in a requested service may have its own privacy practices.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for request handling, records, analytics, security, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Raw analytics retention may be limited while lead records may be retained longer. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system is completely secure.

7. Choices and questions

You can avoid project data collection by not submitting a form and can use browser controls for cookies or storage. For a privacy question about an earlier request, use the contact form, identify the request, and write “Privacy request” in the notes.
